For the Hamburg-wide joint project Startup Factories we are looking for a
Project Manager Entrepreneurship Centre Hamburg (m/f/d)
Full-time to support the development of an application for the "Startup Factories" programme
As part of the German government's startup strategy, several entrepreneurial centres, so-called Startup Factories, are to be funded nationwide from 2025 onwards. Hamburg has set itself the goal of working with stakeholders from business and science to develop a joint application for the planned call for proposals from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). The project aims to create a model region and a visible beacon for entrepreneurship and co-creation in northern Germany.
These are your tasks:
Preparation and application support for the development of a funding application within the framework of the upcoming BMWK call for proposals.
Coordinate the necessary internal and external coordination in the network of authorities, companies, universities, research institutes and other partner institutions.
Preparation and updating of a project plan and participation in the definition of milestones
Define and take responsibility for a tight schedule and monitor project progress, including preparation of project status reports.
Organisational control of the project, including responsibility for budget and results
Communication and interface with ministries/project executing agencies
Planning, conducting, facilitating and following up internal meetings and workshops
What you bring:
A degree, preferably in strategic or project management, innovation management, economics.
Experience in coordinating challenging multi-stakeholder projects
Knowledge of grant writing
Experience in seed funding and financing
Experience in designing, planning and facilitating workshops
Persuasiveness, strong communication skills, confident and customer-oriented demeanour
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
