To support our growth in the DACH region, we are looking for a Business Development & Customer Success Manager. This role combines client acquisition, technical support, and business development, making it perfect for someone passionate about smart building solutions and sustainability.
Drive business development, proactively attracting and acquiring new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
Manage and expand customer relationships, ensuring they maximize the value of Fybra’s solutions.
Conduct client meetings to present Fybra’s technology and understand customer needs.
CRM management
Leverage own industry experience and network to accelerate adoption in real estate, facility management, and public institutions.
Provide technical guidance on IoT-based web platform and sensor technology.
Represent Fybra at corporate events, industry conferences, and government affairs meetings.
Conduct training sessions (both online and in-person) to help clients integrate Fybra’s solutions.
Gather market insights and customer feedback, collaborating with the IT and marketing teams.
Travel across the region to meet clients and build strong relationships.
Hiring new people when the market expands.
Passion for challenges and dynamic environments.
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or customer success, ideally in cleantech, IoT, HVAC, facility management, or real estate technology.
Strong industry connections and the ability to leverage an existing customer base is a plus.
Confident in client interactions – able to present, negotiate, and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
Willing to be evaluated on results and business metrics.
Technical aptitude – comfortable explaining IoT and AI-driven solutions to clients.
Marketing & networking skills – experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and participating in industry events is a plus. ✔ Languages: Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
Self-driven, adaptable, and highly organized.
Availability to travel across Germany and the DACH region as needed.
