With our self-learning radiator thermostats, our customers save up to 32% on heating costs and CO2 emissions. Founded in Hamburg in 2016, our products are now used in companies and municipalities throughout Germany. By further implementing and constantly improving our energy-saving solution we strive to increase our contribution for a more sustainable future of the building sector.

As an Account Manager (gn), you are an important part of our operations team. Our Operations Team is responsible for the installation and service of our self-learning radiator control system for our customers and is often on the road. You are part of the team and take on service and installation assignments independently after training. In this way, you contribute to our mission, the growth of vilisto and further CO2 savings.

What will you do

• Together with your team colleagues you install our devices at the customers and lay the foundation for a successful cooperation

• You will independently carry out service visits to our customers and prepare and follow up on them

• You spend approx. 80% of your working time at our customers and on the road

• You solve problems on site at our customers and document your work in our ticket system

What you bring along

• You have experience in customer service in the technical field

• You enjoy communicating with customers

• You work independently and in a structured manner

• You have a valid driver's license class B

• You communicate in German and have a good understanding of English

• You have good PC skills

• You are keen to work with us to promote climate protection
