As Chief of Staff (gn), you are a sparring partner for our CEO and founder, Christoph, and support our entire management team in preparing and making strategic decisions. In this way you contribute to our mission and the sustainable growth of vilisto.
You build new processes, develop necessary standards and drive business development
As a sparring partner for our CEO, you will work on the formation and concretisation of new ideas. Your input will help us take vilisto to the next level
You will be involved in issues from all areas of the company at both a strategic and operational level and will also roll up your sleeves
You create data-supported reports for various stakeholders, including our investors, thereby creating the basis for balanced decisions
You manage company-wide processes such as strategic planning including preparatory and accompanying processes
What you bring with you
You have successfully completed your business or scientific studies or have a comparable educational qualification
You have several years of relevant professional experience from, for example, a rapidly growing corporate environment, a management consultancy or similar
You are strong in communication and organization
You work proactively and feel comfortable in an agile working environment
Ideally, you have already successfully implemented data-driven projects
You communicate confidently in German and English in our international team
You are passionate about working with us to advance climate protection
