Working student – AI development in the healthcare sector

We are a dynamic startup specializing in revolutionizing billing processes in the healthcare sector. By leveraging advanced generative AI technologies, we aim to automate and simplify the complex and time-consuming documentation and billing processes. This allows medical professionals to save time and focus more on what truly matters: patient care.

Your role:

As a working student in AI development, you will play a key role in building Qodia from the ground up. You will actively contribute to the development of our innovative software solution, which assists healthcare professionals in invoice creation and verification. Your primary task will be integrating the extensive billing rule sets into our AI application. This means you will work at the intersection of programming, AI implementation, and handling complex medical regulations. Specifically, you will be programming LLM-focused applications to ensure compliance and efficiency in the billing process.

What we are looking for:

• Motivated and ambitious students – your field of study is not the primary criterion

• Strong interest in the use and development of Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Ideally, experience in programming, especially with LLMs or similar technologies

• Ability to quickly grasp complex rule sets and implement them into software solutions

• Strong communication skills – both with people and AI

• Quick comprehension and a strong drive to execute tasks independently

Your responsibilities:

• Integrating specific billing regulations into our AI-based software

• Assisting in the development and optimization of our AI applications

• Testing and validating implemented AI functions

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and healthcare experts
