Do you want to do more than just sell? Do you want to make a real impact? As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will play a key role in our expansion into the DACH and UK markets. Your mission: Acquire enterprise customers using highly personalized sales strategies and actively drive our growth.
✅ Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline with enterprise and mid-market customers in private equity, insurance, and banking sectors.
✅ Customer Outreach: Conduct targeted, high-quality outbound activities with C-level decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, General Counsels, Compliance Officers, CEOs).
✅ Sales Leadership: Take full ownership of the sales process – from initial contact to contract signing.
✅ Brand Representation: Confidently present our AI solutions to position us as a premium provider.
✅ Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the CEO, marketing team, and partners to continuously optimize the sales strategy.
✅ Market Expansion: Develop specific go-to-market strategies for DACH & UK markets, tailored to cultural nuances.
✔ Experience: 3–5 years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in HR, regulated markets, or compliance solutions.
✔ Proven Success: A track record of successfully closing complex deals (€300k+ volume).
✔ Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills at the C-level.
✔ Languages: Fluent in German and English (mandatory); French is a plus.
✔ Tools: Solid experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound tools.
✔ Personality: Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
