The Start-up: T.I.M. is an AI-powered platform for intelligent construction scheduling. Based on project-specific information, structural parameters and construction logic, T.I.M. automatically generates robust schedules, identifies delays, validates dependencies and produces structured weekly plans and decision-ready insights.With direct integration into BIM and planning data, T.I.M. provides the foundation for dynamic, data-driven project management.

Your Role: As CTO, you’ll design and build the platform’s architecture, scale it further and lead it to market readiness. You’ll transform complex input data (e.g. plans, timelines, quantities) into structured, validated outputs – such as critical paths, recommendations or schedule updates.

What you bring:

• System architecture experience (cloud-native, API-first)

• Knowledge of heuristic logic and scheduling (Gantt, critical path, buffers)

• Data processing skills (Excel, MS Project, BIM, PDF)

• Optional: AI integration (e.g. GPT, constraint solvers)

• Experience in product development & DevOps (Lean/MVP)

• Entrepreneurial mindset and structured thinking

Nice to know: T.I.M. is based on rule-based logic, not neural networks. Flexible equity and role setups are possible for co-founders with active employment contracts.
