Förderwerk simplifies the procurement of grants through intelligent information processing. The software covers all steps from research, application submission, to reporting.

We have validated the business idea, secured the initial funding, and built a prototype. Now, we are looking for a Co-Founder to push the product development forward. A deep understanding of the users' needs and the ability to translate these into functional requirements and a marketable product are crucial here. Additionally, validating the target group, addressing pilot customers, and finalizing the business model are on the agenda.

What You Bring

• Experience in digital product development and user research (preferably iterative, user-centered, agile)

• Interest in business modeling, entrepreneurial thinking, and strategic decision-making

• Strong communication skills in customer contact

• Experience with grant applications is advantageous

• Passion for supporting organizations and realizing their projects

About Our Startup

Förderwerk offers customers a web-based SaaS solution that simplifies the grant process with modern AI. From research and concept development to application and reporting, Förderwerk supports with AI-powered text processing. The platform creates individual organizational profiles, collects relevant funding information, and delivers tailor-made project concepts. Through an intuitive interface, Grant Engine reduces time-consuming tasks so that customers can efficiently procure grants.

We are in the Pre-Seed phase and are looking for a person with a founder’s drive. There is already a well-developed concept, a basic validation of market and needs, and a strategic roadmap. As an entry point, you should challenge this concept and strategy, bring in your own ideas, and thus lay the foundation for a collaboration on equal footing. We are jointly setting the course for the year 2025!
