Your responsibilities: develop innovative AI modules, contributing to our mission of making digital solutions accessible to everyone.

Your innovative and responsible tasks:

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models with a focus on NLP and LLMs.

2. Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.

3. Fine-tune large pre-trained models and adapt them to specific use cases.

4. Develop and integrate WebSocket-based real-time data processing solutions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP.

Required skills and Experience:

1. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

2. Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

3. Strong experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

4. Hands-on experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

5. Familiarity with WebSocket protocols for real-time communication.

6. Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

7. Solid understanding of practical algorithms such as:

·       Transformers (BERT, GPT, T5)

·       Sequence-to-Sequence Models (Seq2Seq)

·       Named Entity Recognition (NER)

·       Part-of-Speech Tagging (POS)

·       Text Classification (CNNs, RNNs)

·       Dependency Parsing

·       Machine Translation (Attention Mechanisms)

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.

3. Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.

4. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
