5 fresh ideas on their way to the market

The AI.STARTUP.HUB offers two funding programmes aimed at startups at different stages. With "Ideation", the official founding has often not even taken place yet; the aim here is to further develop an idea until it is ready for the market. Take Lola Kotte, for example. With bettersoon, the budding vet is developing a digital veterinarian that provides initial recommendations for action when a pet falls ill. In doing so, she relieves vets of work, a principle that, applied to other target groups, can also be found at some of the other startups in the programme.

Deepstudy by Ben Müller, for example, makes life easier for students by dividing extensive learning material into "microlearnings" that are easier to process. Georg Mentz offers with Legal Mind AI an AI tool that saves lawyers up to 80% of their time on legal research and document processing. Kansei Hara from AIA Education promises a similar effect for teachers when correcting class tests. Finally, Dr Julia Imlauer introduced Presada, a digital coach for presentations. It obviously helped her: Her pitch came out on top in an audience vote.

5 startups on the road to success

The Accelerator programme is open to startups that already have a track record of success. Accordingly, one of the aims here is to help them find investors or internationalise. The FlowShare team, which is currently on an acquisition tour in the USA and presented itself in a video, demonstrated how well this works. FlowShare uses its software to improve the transfer of knowledge about internal processes in companies. Abdelmounaim Fares from Guard Technology ensures greater cyber security with a platform that bundles many complementary solutions.

The welllbeing of horses is close to David Harder's heart. His app Happie offers a range of functions, from health checks to training plans. More turnover through better customer communication - that is the business principle of the next two startups. Honeepot, presented by founder Torsten Ostmeier, specialises in the tourism industry and has already won over customers such as TUI and Lufthansa Holidays. Neuroflash uses artificial intelligence to optimise texts of all kinds with a focus on marketing. Over 5,000 customers and around 1.3 million users have already utilized the tool and the audience liked the pitch presented by the co-founder Henrik Büning the most.
