Internship/ Working Student Marketing & Sales (w/m/d)

Toern has made it its mission to rethink and make returns management more sustainable. With our solution, we enable online shops to directly redirect suitable returns to the nearest customer, thus saving significant amounts of CO2 emissions and costs.

In our Sales & Marketing department, you are an integral part of our company's establishment and work directly with the founders and our sales team to make our vision a reality. Your daily work is diverse and characterized by initiative, as you support us in the daily business of marketing our company.

Responsibilities:

• Support our founders and the sales team in their daily business.

• Identify new leads and maintain them in our CRM tool.

• Prepare meetings, presentations, and analyses for customer acquisition.

• Responsible for content creation and storytelling on our LinkedIn channel.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in studies and available for a full-time mandatory internship (3-6 months) or as a working student for 20 hours per week.

• Passionate about working in an early-stage startup and ready to be hands-on.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Enjoy content generation but also proficient in data management in Excel, demonstrating high levels of initiative.

• Fluent in German, good English skills are a plus.

• Additional desirable qualifications: experience in e-commerce or startup environments.
