WheelOwl is studio management software for pottery and ceramics studios. At its core is automatic firing-cost billing: weigh a piece, pick the firing type, and the price follows the studio's own rules (per kilo with temperature tiers, per piece, included allowances, minimum price, member and guest rates), with an auditable record per firing. On top of that: membership plans with monthly statements, a member portal, a firing service for outside customers and course booking. Developed in Hamburg by a potter, hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant. Flat monthly pricing, no transaction fees.
