Startups Hrmony and HelloBonnie merge
The merger brings even more flexibility with benefits
Corporate benefits are perks that companies offer their employees in addition to their salary. These include gym memberships, shopping discounts, mobility services and much more. Instead of isolated individual solutions, companies are increasingly looking for integrated systems that centrally manage different benefits. With the acquisition of HelloBonnie, Hrmony is responding to this development and further expanding its position as a holistic multi-benefit provider in the German HR tech market.
HelloBonnie offers companies a smart card infrastructure that allows employees to use their benefits budget via a virtual or physical card. The card can be used in the Mastercard network in a specified region at local retailers and at over 300 selected online brands. In addition to monthly non-cash benefits, it can also be used to purchase gifts or rewards in a tax-compliant manner. The founders of HelloBonnie, Maximilian Roskosch and Niklas Klein, are moving to management positions at Hrmony and will contribute their product and market expertise to the strategic development of the platform. Both will remain at the Hamburg location; there are no other team members.
