In this workshop, you’ll explore methods that help you gain a clearer overview of complex situations in a short space of time: Who really plays a role? What tensions characterise the field? What’s holding things up? And where is the lever you can use to make meaningful progress?

You’ll work on a specific case from your own practice and learn an approach that deliberately breaks away from the usual patterns of thinking and conversation. It is precisely this that often generates new ideas, clearer priorities and surprisingly helpful perspectives.
