Workshop: Generating new revenue – from project to service
You’ve built up a solid foundation.
Projects, services or offerings that are in demand and have grown over time. Now you’re realising very clearly that you need a source of income that provides greater security and makes it easier to plan ahead.
Perhaps you’re doing a lot of relevant work, but not yet in a way that generates a reliable, steady income?
Or perhaps you do generate income, but it’s often spontaneous, fluctuating and largely reliant on grants – and in any case, without a clear strategy, not really geared towards the coming years?
In that case, you don’t necessarily need a completely new business model straight away.
What you do need, however, is a good understanding of how you can (re)examine your current work from a smart, entrepreneurial perspective: How are business model, service offering, competition and funding interlinked in organisations with social and environmental goals – and what does that mean for your own situation?
That is exactly what this workshop is for.
It helps you to better understand your work to date, to contextualise it more clearly and to identify what you should focus on next.
