Workshop: AI without bias: protecting values rather than losing them

AI systems are not neutral; rather, they reflect societal inequalities. As organisations committed to the public good, you therefore often face a dilemma: how can you use AI without undermining your values?

In this workshop, you will develop the awareness needed to identify structural and systemic vulnerabilities in AI. You will learn how to use the AI Values Compass to analyse existing areas of tension and trade-offs. You will also explore how you can specifically encourage and shape the dialogue on AI within your organisation.
