In the workshop, you won’t be working on a theoretical case study, but on your own practical experience. You can bring in your own projects, challenges or questions and receive direct feedback, constructive discussion and fresh perspectives.
You’ll look at, amongst other things:
where personal resources have so far been evident in your project, service or team planning – and where they haven’t
which small routines can help you spot burnout at an early stage
how resource planning can work in practice in everyday life
how you can link priorities, capacity and team energy more clearly
and how you can strengthen reliable implementation without turning it into a new major project.
