Portside Game Assembly is the new industry conference for leading indie game makers, organised by Gamecity Hamburg. It first set sail in June 2025.
Quite literally: The event invites selected decision-makers from the international indie games industry on board of a ship, and embarks with them on a cruise through the expansive harbour of Hamburg. The board programme: Selected impulse talks and roundtables by and for indie experts to encourage a targeted exchange in this sub-sector of the games industry.
