Starting a Business Without the Myths – Empowering Women’s Perspectives @FEW

The focus is on examining individual beliefs that women encounter particularly often in the context of starting a business—such as those related to security, responsibility, self-expectations, timing, and work-life balance. Participants identify personal assumptions such as “I’m not ready yet,” “I need more security,” “Now isn’t the right time,” or “This is hard to balance with family or family planning.” These beliefs are systematically analyzed.
The workshop will be led by Pia D. Schlemmer, a systemic coach and futurist.
