Working Student - Founders Associate (m/w/d)

toern is a growing AI startup based in Hamburg. We help e-commerce brands automate their returns processes, gather valuable customer data, and thereby increase revenue and efficiency.

We’re building one of the most exciting SaaS solutions in the field of e-commerce operations—data-driven, fast-growing, and with a direct impact on our customers.

As a working student, you’ll work hands-on directly with the founding team and gain a 360° insight into an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

You’ll work on key operational and organizational topics that make our company scalable:

• Providing ad-hoc support to the founding team on strategic and operational tasks

• Building structure and organization into our internal processes, ideally using AI tools

• Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining processes in our CRM (HubSpot) and handling operational finance tasks

• Organizing team events and internal activities to strengthen team culture

• Selecting and designing our new office location

Qualification

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (business administration, economics, or similar)

• You want to start your own company one day or work at a fast-paced startup

• Structured, independent, and very hands-on approach to work

• Interest in startups, operations, and entrepreneurship

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• AI isn’t just a buzzword to you

• Fluent in German and English
