🔍 We’re looking for you to support psychotherapists and doctors who want to learn about our Invirto app and use it to treat anxiety disorders.
For our digital health application (DiGA) Invirto to reach patients, we need not only a great product, but also healthcare professionals who know about it and use it in their practice. That’s where you come in: You’ll be the first point of contact for psychotherapists and doctors, answer their questions, support them as they get started, and stay by their side afterwards. In doing so, you’ll help more and more practices prescribe Invirto — and enable more people with anxiety disorders to access effective treatment. 🎯
You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and training on our Invirto medical devices as well as digital psychotherapy.
You’ll handle incoming inquiries from healthcare professionals by email and phone, conduct information calls, and support them from their first question through to the regular use of Invirto.
You’ll actively maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and identify early on where support is needed.
You’ll work with our CRM every day: maintaining data, documenting customer interactions, writing emails, and handling customer retention tasks.
You’ll take care of sending informational materials and make sure everything reaches healthcare professionals on time.
You’ll bring in new ideas and contribute to improving our processes and workflows.

You’re studying business administration, economics, psychology, medicine, or a related field and have at least one year left in your studies
You enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable on the phone. Cold calling is not part of the role: you’ll support healthcare professionals who are already in contact with us.
Ideally, you have experience in direct customer contact — for example, in customer support, consulting, service, or retail
You work in a structured and reliable way and keep track of your outstanding tasks
You learn quickly and enjoy working in an environment where there is still plenty of room to shape things
You live in Hamburg or the surrounding area, speak German at a native level, and have basic English skills
We don’t expect you to have mastered every single requirement perfectly. We are a startup and constantly learning ourselves. So please feel free to convince us of other talents and complementary skills you can bring to the table.
Psychotherapy is effective — but the way it is organized in everyday care limits its reach: access, coordination, documentation, and quality assurance take time and make care difficult to scale. Sympatient develops the structures and software components that support psychotherapeutic work in regulated environments: coordinated access pathways, clear workflows, and data-informed quality management. We see technology as a tool to support evidence-based practice — not as a replacement for the therapeutic relationship or clinical responsibility.
