We’re looking for someone who wants to help build itemary’s marketing from the very beginning. You enjoy thinking strategically but also love executing ideas: creating concepts, filming, editing, posting, testing, and learning from the results.
You’ll help us build a clear B2C marketing strategy — from understanding target audiences and planning content to launching campaigns and community-driven formats.
Develop B2C marketing strategies and turn them into actionable campaigns
Plan and create content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Film, edit, and publish short-form video content
Occasionally appear on camera when it fits the format
Develop campaigns focused on user acquisition, app downloads, and retention
Passion for content creation, social media, and storytelling
Confidence to experiment and occasionally be in front of the camera
Initial experience with video editing
Strong strategic marketing mindset
Independent and structured way of working
Ideally personal projects, a portfolio, or examples of your previous work
Creativity for Reels, street interviews, flea market content, and community formats
Interest in second-hand culture, startups, sustainability, or community building
Degree or background in communication design, marketing, media, communication, or a related field
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts
Experience with events, street content, or community activations
Ideally based in Hamburg or able to work on-site regularly
