Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) with CTO track

At anonetics, we are digitalizing workflows in hospitals, ensuring that patient intake, documentation, and communication run smoothly and efficiently. Instead of paper, fax, and chaos, processes are structured and fully digital through our platform.

Our solutions, anolink and anolink ZNA, are already in daily use across more than 150 hospital locations, saving hours of valuable time every day.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the technical development of our solutions (anolink and anolink ZNA)

• Take ownership of architecture and key technical decisions

• Build and maintain integrations with clinical systems

• Ensure reliability, maintenance, and performance of our systems

• Contribute strategically to product and technology direction

Your profile

• Strong experience with modern web technologies (e.g. React, Next.js)

• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership

• Willingness to work on-site in Hamburg at least 3 days per week

• Driven, structured, and pragmatic way of working

• Experience with scalable systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
