As Sales Manager:in for Sustainable Solutions, you will play a key role in bringing the traceless vision to life and taking our sustainable material solutions to market. Your focus will be on selling natural polymers, with a strong emphasis on downstream processing industries. You will proactively acquire new customers through outbound activities and events, supported by warm leads from our partner network and inbound channels, while also developing and expanding existing key accounts.
Acquiring new industrial customers interested in innovative and sustainable materials based on natural polymers
Building and maintaining long term relationships with existing key customers
Analyzing market potential and contributing to strategies for opening up new business areas
Advising customers on sustainable material solutions and their applications
Preparing, negotiating, and closing contracts
Participating in trade fairs and industry events for networking and monitoring market trends
Depending on requirements, you will spend your working days in an innovative working environment at our company site in Hamburg Harburg. Partial remote work is possible.
Educational BackgroundCompleted commercial or technical training or studies, ideally with a focus on sales or plastics engineering
Sales ExperienceExperience in B2B sales, ideally in the packaging, plastics, or chemical industry, with strong acquisition and negotiation skills combined with a high level of initiative
