With Invirto, we are developing new digital care concepts in the form of apps, and via the Beavivo platform we provide therapists to people with mental illness. With both approaches, we are pursuing one goal: to offer patients quick access to first-class care.
We are looking for you as a Psychologist Patient Support for Invirto to accompany our patients from initial interest to the start of Invirto therapy. In this way, you will help to bring more patients into first-class care at a low threshold and enable them to start therapy.
You will conduct informational interviews with interested parties, passionately promote our offer and provide them with answers about their therapy with Invirto
You will ensure that patients organize everything they need for the “app on prescription” and take care of administrative/organizational tasks that arise before the start of therapy
You conduct short, structured, diagnostic interviews with interested patients
You conduct screening interviews with patients and provide information about our ongoing study program
You accompany patients on both an organizational and human level in the process from initial interest in Invirto to the start of therapy
You undergo individual, well-structured onboarding and always have experienced colleagues at your side to answer questions
You contribute new ideas and help to improve our processes and procedures

You are enthusiastic, empathetic and have the desire to inspire interested parties about therapy with Invirto
You enjoy dealing with people and communicate confidently on the phone
You have already gained some experience in (telephone) patient or customer contact
You speak German at native speaker level and have a basic knowledge of English
You have a Bachelor's degree or completed training (in the field of psychology)
