We're looking for a freelance Plant & Operations Support based in Hamburg to help us care for and install beautiful plants in offices across the city.
The role is mostly hands-on plant work — caring for a wide variety of tropical and indoor plants, spotting issues early, and keeping green spaces thriving. Some installations and light delivery work too.
You're a great fit if you:
Have a genuine passion for plants (experience with indoor/tropical plants is a big plus)
Are hands-on, reliable, and like working independently
Speak German & English (C1) and have an EU driver's licence
