As a young, established team with our first customers, we need you to help take zemmi to the next level. You'll support us as a Sales Intern in a three-month internship, focusing on acquiring more customers, nurturing relationships, and building a professional CRM system.
Your Tasks:
Support the management in sales and customer acquisition (e.g., cold calling, lead generation, scheduling appointments).
Manage existing customers: follow-ups, needs analysis, and ensuring customer happiness.
Set up and maintain a CRM system (e.g., simple tools like HubSpot Free or Pipedrive).
Contribute to marketing activities (social media, emails, flyers) and process design in our young team.
Your Profile:
Energetic, self-motivated, confident, and interested in innovative mobility solutions (cargo bikes, sustainability).
Initial experience in sales, customer contact, or sales; ideally prior B2B customer contact. Ongoing or completed studies/training in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar is a plus.
Good MS Office skills, affinity for CRM; fluent in German, English helpful.
Based in Hamburg or surroundings—on-site work.
We Offer: €603/month (36 hours/week, Mon-Fri).
