Are you passionate about customer relationships, love taking ownership, and want to help customers succeed long-term? Then you’re exactly right with us. As Field Engineer, you will be the central point of contact for our existing customers, manage collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle, and ensure that projects turn into long-term partnerships — with a clear focus on value, satisfaction, and account growth.
Start: As soon as possible

You need to live within commuting distance of Hamburg, as a weekly on-site day is part of the role.

Coordination & planning: You organize meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions, prepare and follow up, and ensure next steps are clear.
Project oversight & progress tracking: You keep an eye on timelines, milestones, and dependencies, identify risks early, and coordinate pragmatic solutions with internal teams.
Expectation management & clarity of goals: You ensure that goals, scope, and priorities are understood and realistic — and that customers know what will be delivered when (and what won’t).
Status updates & results presentations: You prepare and deliver status updates, reviews, and results presentations confidently together with the team.
Growth & scaling: You identify opportunities to expand and scale (use cases, additional stakeholders, next steps) and bring them into account planning in a structured way.
