Development Assistent (First-Round Startup)

SEE:ME is an AI startup based in Hamburg, building a platform that is changing how companies find talent and how people discover the right jobs.

As a Development Assistant, you will work closely with our founders and support the ongoing development of our product. You will help coordinate development processes, test new features, keep projects on track, and make sure ideas turn into well executed solutions.

You do not need to be a software developer. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to help build a startup from an early stage.

Your responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of product development

• Test new features and document feedback

• Organize and follow up on development tasks

• Help improve internal workflows and processes

• Research new technologies, AI, and product ideas

• Work closely with our product, development, and founding team
