Unidy is a leading white-label identity solution ("Single Sign-On") that enables high-reach brands to convert user data into their own database — making it directly usable for digital services and personalized communication. Our technology supports companies on their path to data-driven digitalization and strengthens their independence from big tech corporations.

Our customers mainly come from professional sports (1. FC Köln, German Golf Association, FC St. Pauli, VFL Bochum, Belgian Pro League, ...) and other high-reach industries.

We strongly believe in digital autonomy and zero-party data. Users should be able to manage their data and consents independently and transparently; companies should own their customer data in their own central database. This vision drives us!

Tasks

Are you ready to take responsibility and accompany our customers on their exciting journey toward digital autonomy and data-driven services and business models? As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting our customers in connecting their digital offerings into independent brand platforms and successfully leveraging zero-party data. You will also represent our customers towards our product development team to continuously optimize our product based on real use cases.

  • You will independently manage and develop our customers on their digitalization journey with Unidy and ensure that they achieve their goals at each stage.

  • During the onboarding phase, you will ensure that new customers are quickly enabled to use Unidy to achieve their digitalization goals. The kick-off is particularly crucial as the foundation for a successful customer relationship.

  • You will create success plans and implement them independently to achieve the best possible value creation for our customers with Unidy. This also includes regular business reviews to assess results and plan the next phase.

  • By increasing value creation for our customers, you will also increase ARR for Unidy. Your work will thus have a direct value contribution to Unidy.

Qualification

  • Experience in project management and integrating digital solutions to proactively manage a variety of customers.

  • Strong empathetic skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers, identify their needs, and proactively lead them.

  • Experience in strategic consulting regarding digital transformation, data management, and/or online marketing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to take on responsibility and help shape a department in a rapidly growing company.

  • Very good German and English skills.

  • Experience in using AI and a willingness to expand and apply this experience.
