AI Operations Manager (all genders)

You will be the first hire in our AI & Digital Ecosystem team, reporting directly to the Director AI & Digital Ecosystem. Your job is to turn strategic direction into working solutions. You identify where AI can improve or replace existing processes, and you develop entirely new AI-powered workflows from scratch. You build those solutions with existing tools and platforms, and ensure they actually work in day-to-day operations.  

You implement, test, optimize, and document. You work independently but align closely with the Director on priorities and decisions.  Within your first 3 months, together with the Director AI & Digital Ecosystem you will build a functional AI stack for 2-3 clearly defined use cases that demonstrate value internally and can be transferred to our startups.
