Tech Co Founder (m/f/d)

We're building SEE:ME, an AI startup based in Hamburg that's rethinking how companies hire and how people find the right jobs. We're still at an early stage, and we're looking for someone who wants to build the company with us from the ground up.

This isn't a typical job. We're looking for a Tech Co Founder who wants to take ownership of the technical side of the business and help shape both the product and the company.

You'll work closely with the founding team to define the technology, build the platform, make product decisions, and lay the foundation for future growth.

Your role

• Lead the technical development of the SEE:ME platform

• Shape the product roadmap and technical architecture

• Build and improve features across the platform

• Make technology decisions and create a scalable foundation

• Work closely with the founders on product and strategy

• Help build and lead the future engineering team
