I'm looking for a Sales Co-Founder who doesn't manage sales – they live it. You enjoy,
reaching out to workshop owners directly, through whatever channel works – phone, in person, you name it
building and refining a repeatable sales process: CRM, call scripts, onboarding
developing partnerships with parts distributors and similar channels as a growth lever
Experience in B2B direct sales – ideally with SMEs or in the trades – is a genuine plus. More importantly, you know how to talk to no-nonsense business owners on equal footing.
I'm a trained automotive mechatronics engineer and software developer based in Hamburg. I originally built the product for my father's repair shop – and turned it into a standalone SaaS.
I handle product and tech, you own sales and growth. The company is bootstrapped and independent. In the worst case, we build ourselves a solid side income – in the best case, MoinMeister becomes the Doctolib of auto repair shops.
