zemmi GmbH, founded in late 2024 by Helge Neubauer, develops and produces the most innovative trailer for commercial cargo bikes on the market. Our trailer combines a patented fifth-wheel hitch, extreme durability, minimal maintenance requirements, and unparalleled cargo volume.
The result: Proven higher productivity at lower costs for our customers in urban logistics.
After 1.5 years of successful development, the technical foundation is solid—now we are ready for takeoff. To make it happen, we are looking for you as Co-Founder.
Your role at zemmi
You won't be an employee—you will be a co-creator, a decision-maker, and a co-pilot.
While the technology and product are established thanks to existing expertise and a strong network, we need you where the journey truly gains momentum.
Potential areas of responsibility (based on your strengths):
Sales & Partner Acquisition: Building partnerships with logistics companies, distribution partners, and pilot projects.
Marketing & Brand Building: Increasing visibility via the brand, LinkedIn, PR, events, and trade fairs.
Product & Corporate Strategy: Shaping the path—from product features to scaling strategy.
Internationalization: Preparing new markets—legally, strategically, and operationally.
Community & Customer Success: Building a strong customer base—from the first trial to the full rollout.
Contract & Legal Management: Establishing clean contract structures, deals, and funding.
Business Models & Scaling: Developing new models such as rental offers, equity structures, or VSOP.
Service & Partner Network: Defining service levels, onboarding service partners, and drafting agreements.
In short: You are building zemmi’s commercial engine.
What you bring to the table
An entrepreneurial mindset and a "get-it-done" attitude.
Experience in Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Logistics, Mobility, or Product Development.
Strong communication skills and a passion for building partnerships.
Strategic thinking combined with a solid grasp of numbers.
A drive for innovation and problem-solving.

Hands-on mentality: Whether it's a customer meeting, a trade fair, or assembly—you just dive in.
